Q: How do I order a guitar?

A: Once you've selected your dream guitar, simply email me at 81guitarworks@gmail.com

We'll discuss your desired specifications and pricing to create your perfect custom guitar.

 

Q: Do I need to pay in full or can I pay in installments?
A: You can choose to pay in full upfront, or split the total cost into 3 equal installments, with the build cost divided accordingly.

Q: When do the installments need to be paid?
A: The first installment is a deposit due at the start of the build, securing your spot in the queue and covering initial material costs. The second payment is made at the halfway point to purchase hardware and pickups. The final payment is due upon completion, just before delivery.

 

Q: What happens if I'm unable to pay the remaining installments?
A: All payments made are non-refundable. We will hold your guitar for 30 days. If no further payments are made within that time, any previous payments will be forfeited, and the guitar will become the property of 81 Guitar Works.

Q: What happens if I choose to cancel my order?
A: If you choose to cancel your order, any payments made will be non-refundable, as they cover the initial work in sourcing materials and any work that may have started on your build. The guitar will become the property of 81 Guitar Works

Q: Can I supply my own materials?

A: Yes. Im happy to work with any parts or timbers you may have.  As long as they are fit for purpose.
